You are our valued customer to serve. Your confidence is well-founded in our small family business, which is built upon a reputation of quality, trust and honesty. We have been serving the public for 16 years.
We are a full service quilt shop, stocking the latest in fabrics, notions, books and patterns with new shipments arriving daily. Mr. D's close-outs offer you 1st quality fabrics at about 1/2 the regularly suggested retail price. A great deal for the value-conscious shopper.
We update our site with the newest arrivals from top of the line manufacturers regularly, so visit often! Of course, if you have a special fabric request, scan it and we'll try to get it if we don't have it in stock.
Our secure socket site allows you to order with the assurance that our web site host, Key to the Web, immediately encrypts your information. A computer security analyst founded Key to the Web. If you are uncomfortable using a credit card for your order, we accept personal checks or money orders. Your order will be shipped upon receipt of check.

We are well known in the Tri-State area of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio as the largest quilt shop in the 100-mile radius. We are sought out by customers because of our huge stock of 100% cottons for quilting and crafts. We have thousands and thousands of bolts to choose from. Some of our more popular fabrics include: Benartex, Debbie Mumm by South Seas, Jinny Beyer and Thimbleberries by RJR, Marcus Brothers, Hoffman, MODA, Alexander Henry, and Kona Bay.
If you are in the area, stop in and spend the day visiting Waynesville. It is a quaint little town on the Historic Register known as the Antique Capital of the midwest with over 60 shops.
There is a great variety of craft, gift and antique shops as well as restaurants and lodging. Many vacations have been planned to include a stop in this lovely village, with Fabric Shack the ultimate destination
We also have a Home-Dec store in Waynesville. Two stories crammed full of the most beautiful, up-to-date upholstery and drapery fabrics available. Watch for our Home Dec website coming soon.
